WARRANTY TERMS

Products to be warranted:

-Pillow / Bolster: 4 Years from buying date, anytime customer could fill up the cotton insides at the thickness preferred

-Wooden crib & Mattress: 1 Year from buying date

-Cotton Bedding Set:

  • Change the new product when the material is unqualified, ruffled, clotted, cause itching to users.
  • Reef product due to material quality is exchanged by the new good one
  • Assist unlimited time for renewing the zipper of products

How to have products warranted:

  • Simple Warranty Policy: with advanced system, customer just need to give us the phone number which provided when buying products with us to get products warranted, do not need keeping the buying receipt.
  • Customer pay nothing for the shipping cost & handling fee, Sleep Baby will take responsibily for all.
