Terms to return / exchange:

  • Reason to return due to fault of products, not by mind change from customer.
  • Returned products need to enclose with the buying receipt
  • Products enclosed with full accessories (keeping bag with Sleep Baby logo, using instruction…) and promoted gift (if any)
  • Products in valid of return / exchange: 72 hours from receiving the products. 72-hour time frame begins once you receive the products to the time you send back to Sleep Baby according to record of Post Office.
  • These items are made to your specifications cannot be returned, we will make the new products to exchange for you

How to return / exchange:

  • Please notify us & send return / exchange products back to Sleep Baby 202A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Ward 6, District 3, HCM city. We will discuss & choose the most suitable way as per customer wish as below:
  • Arrange an exchange to the new products at the same price
  • Let customer pay the difference to get the higher price products
  • Do Bank transfer to the account customer provide
  • Pay back cash directly at Sleep Baby shop
